Fabric uses S-grade double-ply 100% cotton sweatshirt fabric
After dyeing and shaping the greige fabric, the base fabric undergoes a fleece-trimmed process.
Matching S-grade double-yarn horizontal ribbing woven according to the Y-pattern color.
Custom-dyed ribbing colors for bulk production fabric. Hand-embroidered appliqué patches on the front panel.
Patches are embroidered using an imported Japanese Tajima towel machine.
Yarn colors are custom-dyed to match the pattern. The base layer uses two layers of non-woven fabric with 3D towel embroidery + flat embroidery. Laser-cut non-woven fabric with a hollowed-out effect.
Post-production involves manual refining of corner edges to minimize the edge tolerance, ensuring the width is perfectly matched to the pattern. Overall, the stitching is straight and delicate.
The fabric is comfortable and soft, with consistent color and no color difference. It can be paired with other similar items to create a stylish look suitable for various occasions.
